If i want to add like quickswap v3 in dex trade. So how shall i make that sql file. Any suggestions or video for that and what changes shall i make.

I don't understand this question. Do you mean you want to track a new DEX pool in Uniswap v3? These are already added here. https://github.com/duneanalytics/spellbook/blob/main/models/uniswap/ethereum/uniswap_v2_ethereum_trades.sql
